Biff has 17 years of multifamily housing experience, mostly centered in the student space. Biff has worked directly with several fully vertical student housing development groups who have marketed, sold, delivered, operated, and ultimately dispossessed well over $1B in total transactions. He’s also directly and indirectly operated and managed 25,000+ unique beds across the country over the years.

Bradley joins the MTN team after his 14-year tenure as a Navy pilot. Coming from the United States Naval Academy his background is critical in producing lean systems for MTN. Bradley continued his education at University of Florida’s Warrington School of Business where he received his MBA alongside fellow teammate Charles Taylor. Bradley has over 4 years of multifamily experience, and owns and operates an ADU company “TinyHomeGeniuses” with his wife Jill.

Beth joined MTN with a rich background of 23 years in construction, hospitality, and home renovations. She has honed skills in finance, marketing, and customer relations essential for managing a successful small business. Beth has successfully redeveloped single-family homes worth over $5 million, co-general partners on more than 500 multifamily units, and holds hotel investments in international locations such as Panama and the Bahamas.

Katie joins MTN with a background in financial planning, tax strategy and venture debt for tech startups in the Rocky Mountain region. She earned bachelors degrees from the University of Florida in Economics and Business Management. Her previous experiences allow her to communicate and teach deal metrics and processes clearly to clients. Katie lives in Denver, CO with her fiancé, Sam, and energetic Aussiedoodle, Fletcher. Her favorite hobbies include hiking, skiing, trying new restaurants, and reading. She launched her first Airbnb in March 2023 and will continue to diversely build her real estate portfolio both actively and passively.
